Please
note that the following fees are meant to indicate fees of typical properties.
Properties that are larger than normal structures, larger than normal
sites, include multiple parcels, multiple structures, have extraneous
features or in significant disrepair may increase the cost of performing
the Appraisal due to taking more time to view the property and/or to
complete the Appraisal. Properties that require more than one opinion
of market value ("as is" and "as repaired") may
also require an additional fee and in some cases may require two complete
Appraisals. If you are not sure that the property in question may require
a higher fee than shown below, please call our office and we would be
happy to discuss that with you. Cancellation fees apply to appraisals
ordered if any research has been done or appointment has been made.

HELOC - home equity lines of credit, deduct $50.00 on each type of service
when comp photos, sketch and map are NOT required). My turn-around time on Appraisal assignments varies depending upon current volume of assignments and your needs, please call to discuss, pricing options associated with available options.
