ORLANDO, FL -- On Thursday, May 16th, 2002 - NAR APPRAISAL SECTION and ERC Member Donald J. Martin, SCRP, RAA, GAA won the MOBILITY Magazine Editorial Acheivement Award. This award is typically given to two individuals annually at the Employee Relocation Council's National Relocation Conference. One from the corporate/governmental sector, and one from the Service Sector. This is a very prestigious award. Don is the only appraiser to win this award that is not a Member of RAC, AI or NAIFA This award has only been won by two other appraisers in 21 years! At the same time Don was also the first Appraiser to recieve the Distinguished Service Award at the conference that is not a member of RAC, AI or NAIFA of which there are only 15 appraisers in the country that hold the award.
