Our appraisal firm has nine residential appraisers and three commercial appraisers working for me on a case by case basis, which are all State Certified Residential or State Certified General. We do not use trainees. Several of us hold designations in some of the main appraisal organizations. If you are interested in an honest answer and really want to know the market value of your property from highly qualified professional appraisers in tune with the market then you should be serviced by our company. While we are not building or home inspectors any repairs we can readily observe as significant will be reflected in our Appraisal report of your property. I am currently a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 31 years of real estate appraisal experience and hold the SCRP (Senior Certified Relocation Professional), RAA (residential) and GAA (commercial/industrial) designations. My certification is the highest of all the appraisal licenses or certifications currently available in the states of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. We have Appraisers approved by FHA/HUD for all areas that we service except Wisconsin. Among noteworthy properties I have analyzed within my career are several Frank Lloyd Wright homes, including one of his most famous homes the "Isabel Roberts" home which was believed to be the only home that Wright both designed at the time of its original construction and some years later redesigned the home for alterations and updating that were made. Our firm covers the Chicagoland market, including the counties of Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, Will, in Northwest Indiana we service Lake & Porter Counties (including Gary & Surrounding areas) and in Southern Wisconsin we service Kenosha, Racine and Walworth counties. We appraise commercial, industrial, residential and special use properties. All of our reports are available through high speed cable transmission uploaded through the internet to you, as a .pdf (portable document format) file by Adobe Acrobat, e-Relay by ERC or the "Lighthouse" standard data format developed by Polaroid Digital Solutions, Inc.
